Rules of HYT

There are few rules within HYT and these are mainly the ideas of the members and supported by all.  A few examples of the rules enforced are:

No mobile telephones, no chewing gum, no swearing, no bullying

Respect must be shown to all members and leaders alike

If your child cannot attend for any reason on any Tuesday evening a telephone call to any of our leaders will record this fact on our attendance sheet.  If a child misses three weeks in a school term without informing us of their expected absence, then it is assumed that they do not wish to continue with HYT and their place will be offered to someone on the waiting list.  A letter will be sent to the parents informing them of this following the third absence.  Usually a telephone call from one of the leaders will also confirm this with the parents.
